It is an alloy of zinc with aluminum, magnesium and copper. It is characterized by its hardness, tensile strength, density 6.6 g/cm³ and melting temperature of 386 °C. This material can be injected by cold or hot chamber. Another possible process is the coke earth casting. It is an inexpensive material with good mechanical strength and plastic deformability, as well as good castability.
They come in the presentation of 10 Kg ingots, distributed in packs and lots, according to customer requirements.
